1. Agreement

By creating an account, browsing, or purchasing on Nemesis Services ("we", "us", "the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account & your data

We keep our footprint on your data deliberately small. The only information tied to your account is your login credentials - your email address and an encrypted password. We do not collect, build, or store additional personal profiles about you.

We never sell, rent, trade, or hand over your data to third parties. Your information stays with us and is used solely to operate your account and deliver your purchases.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

3. Nature of our products

The products sold on Nemesis Services are outsourced from independent third-party developers. We act as a provider and reseller of license keys - we do not build, maintain, or control the software itself.

Because of this, we cannot be held responsible for any unintended or undesired behaviour of a product, including but not limited to downtime, updates, changes in functionality, or any consequences that may result from its use. You acknowledge and accept that all products are used at your own risk.

4. System requirements & eligibility

Each product lists its requirements in its description. It is your responsibility to confirm that your hardware and software meet those requirements before purchasing.

If a product does not work because your setup does not meet the requirements stated in the description, that is not considered a fault on our side and is not eligible for a refund.

5. Payments & delivery

Prices are shown in the currency listed at checkout and are payable in full before delivery. Delivery is digital and automated: your license key is issued to your account as soon as payment is confirmed.

Because keys are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned", all sales are final except where our Refund Policy applies.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled strictly under our Refund Policy. In short: refunds are granted only with administrator approval, and only when a product is defective or the problem is the result of an error on our side.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, redistribute, or share keys purchased from us, not to abuse the service or its staff, and not to file fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks. Violating these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nemesis Services is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages, losses, account actions, or other consequences arising from the purchase or use of any product, given that products are sourced from third-party developers and used at your own risk.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version always applies, and continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept them.
